                        2. Data provided in connection with initiating contact are processed for the following purposes:
                            • To fulfill your inquiry – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing to perform a contract where the data subject is a party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
                            • For analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in conducting analyses of user activities on the Website, as well as their manner of use and preferences, to enhance applied functionalities;
                            • For potential establishment and assertion of claims or defense against claims – the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in protecting our rights.
                        3. The content of correspondence may be subject to archiving, and we cannot specify when it will be deleted.                         1. If you wish to apply for one of the offered positions at Sprobuj, listed on the website https://sprobuj.com/career, you must provide the required data in the form on the respective announcement page (including name, surname, phone number, and email address), and also submit your application with a CV in electronic format and possibly a portfolio. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to consider your application. The legal basis for processing is your consent  (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
                        2. Data provided in connection with applying for a position at Sprobuj are processed for the purposes of:
                            • Analyzing and selecting applications and contacting selected candidates (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);

                            • Storing applications for future recruitments for the same or similar positions (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e., the consent you provide by checking the appropriate checkbox on the form).

                        3. Data collected during the recruitment process for Sprobuj positions will be processed for the time necessary to complete the recruitment for that specific position. Furthermore, if you grant consent when submitting your application, your data will also be processed for future recruitment for the same or similar positions until you withdraw your consent by sending such a request to info@sprobuj.com.
                        4. To correct the data provided in the application, you can send an email to info@sprobuj.com. If you object to the data processing, your application will not be considered and will be deleted from our records immediately upon receiving the appropriate request at info@sprobuj.com. You can also request the deletion of your data from our records at any time, which means that your application will not be considered for any ongoing recruitment for which you provided your data – send the relevant request to info@sprobuj.com.
                        5. Regarding the data provided during the application for a Sprobuj position, you also have the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR). To exercise this right, send a message to info@sprobuj.com.
                         
                        4.4. Newsletter

                         

                        1. To subscribe to the newsletter, you need to provide your email address and name. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to subscribe to the newsletter.
                        2. Personal data collected for the newsletter are processed:
                            • To provide the newsletter delivery service – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing to perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);

                            • In the case of directing marketing content to you within the newsletter – the legal basis for processing, including profiling, is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in connection with your expressed consent to receive the newsletter;

                            • For analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in conducting analyses of your activity on the Website to improve applied functionalities;

                            • For potential establishment and assertion of claims or defense against claims – the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

                        3. Data will be processed during the functioning of the newsletter, unless you decide to unsubscribe, which will result in the removal of your data from the email database.

                        1. We process your personal data for the purpose of carrying out marketing activities, which may include:
                            • Displaying marketing content that is not tailored to your preferences (contextual advertising);

                            • Displaying marketing content tailored to your interests (behavioral advertising);

                            • Sending email notifications containing commercial information (newsletter service);

                            • Sending email notifications about offers or promotions of our own services or services on behalf of third parties, which, in some cases, include commercial information, related to an interrupted purchasing process (abandoned cart);

                            • Conducting other types of direct marketing activities for goods and services (sending commercial information electronically and telemarketing activities).

We and our trusted partners process your personal data, including personal data collected through cookies and other similar technologies, for marketing purposes related to directing behavioral advertising to you, which means advertising tailored to your preferences. Processing of personal data in this case also involves profiling. The use of data collected through this technology for marketing purposes, especially for promoting services and goods of third parties, requires obtaining your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

This data is processed solely in connection with managing the profile, including informing you about our activities and promoting various events, services, and products.                                 • Hotjar Ltd. – to use Hotjar services to optimize our website;

                                • Sendinblue Inc. – in order to send a newsletter to people who have agreed to it;

                                • Fakturownia Sp. z o.o. – for the purposes and invoices, it applies to customers from Poland;

                                • Meta, Inc. – in order to use remarketing tools, including the possibility of directing advertisements to people from uploaded e-mail databases;

                                • Notion Labs Inc. – for internal communication and CRM;

                                • Communication & Collaboration Tools

                                We also may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

                                    • Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
