- Data provided in connection with applying for a position at Sprobuj are processed for the purposes of:
Analyzing and selecting applications and contacting selected candidates (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
Storing applications for future recruitments for the same or similar positions (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e., the consent you provide by checking the appropriate checkbox on the form).
- Data collected during the recruitment process for Sprobuj positions will be processed for the time necessary to complete the recruitment for that specific position. Furthermore, if you grant consent when submitting your application, your data will also be processed for future recruitment for the same or similar positions until you withdraw your consent by sending such a request to info@sprobuj.com.
- To correct the data provided in the application, you can send an email to info@sprobuj.com. If you object to the data processing, your application will not be considered and will be deleted from our records immediately upon receiving the appropriate request at info@sprobuj.com. You can also request the deletion of your data from our records at any time, which means that your application will not be considered for any ongoing recruitment for which you provided your data – send the relevant request to info@sprobuj.com.

4.4. Newsletter
- To subscribe to the newsletter, you need to provide your email address and name. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to subscribe to the newsletter.
