We are looking for a passionate and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team. You’ll assist in managing social media channels, creating compelling content, supporting marketing campaigns, and conducting research to optimize strategies. This part-time position offers flexibility with 15-20 hours per week, making it perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in the dynamic marketing field.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Assist in creating and managing content for various platforms (social media and email campaigns). Schedule or publish daily content, monitor engagement, and respond to messages and comments promptly. Track and analyze social media metrics to improve campaigns.
Content Creation: Help generate engaging content for social media posts, videos, blogs, and other marketing materials.
Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns. Assist with influencer outreach, email marketing, and campaign analytics. Conduct research on trends to help optimize marketing strategies.
Administrative Tasks: Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other marketing materials.

Skills and Requirements

Experience: Previous internship or experience in social media management or marketing is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights). Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign or DaVinci Resolve is a plus. However, proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is sufficient to start.
Creativity: Ability to contribute fresh ideas to marketing strategies.
Organizational Skills: Strong time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Languages: Fluency in English and Ukrainian is required; Polish is a plus.
