WowTrip Tours is a Polish travel operator founded in 2017. With over 1,200 tours across Europe and more than 65,000 travelers served, they specialize in weekend and overnight bus trips from cities across Poland to exciting destinations abroad.
The Challenge
With over 1,200 tours departing from cities across Poland, WowTrip needed a modern website that could present a wide range of travel options in a clear and intuitive way. It had to perform smoothly during seasonal traffic spikes and offer a seamless multilingual experience. Travelers needed to find relevant trips quickly, switch between languages, and browse comfortably on any device. Behind the scenes, the internal team needed a straightforward way to add tours, update content, and manage the website as the business continued to grow.
The Outcome
The new website gave WowTrip a faster, clearer, and more reliable way to present its growing tour offer. Visitors can now browse trips by departure city and destination, move smoothly between languages, and explore the platform comfortably on mobile or desktop. The site stays responsive during busy travel periods, while the flexible WordPress backend makes everyday updates easier for the internal team. Following the launch, we supported the platform with regular maintenance, improvements, and technical updates.
