Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain both custom and theme-based WordPress websites, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry best practices.
- Create and modify WordPress themes and templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Bonus: Develop custom plugins and additional functionality to extend WordPress core features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, such as broken elements, server errors, form issues, and theme/plugin compatibility problems.
- Perform website optimization to improve speed, performance, and SEO.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure a flawless user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest WordPress development trends and best practices.
- Manage website deployment and hosting processes efficiently.
- Collaborate within the team and communicate effectively to solve complex problems.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in WordPress development with a proven track record of building and shipping high-quality websites.
- Strong expertise in WordPress, ACF, Elementor, and theme customization.
- Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Expertise in back-end technologies (PHP, MySQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with website deployment and hosting processes.
- A passion for crafting high-quality, innovative solutions and staying updated with trends.
- Languages: English, Ukrainian or Polish.
