Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our remote marketing team.

As a full-service marketing agency, we work across a wide range of clients, industries, and formats. Your day-to-day work may include social media content, paid advertising creatives, event campaigns, email marketing visuals, print materials, presentations, and other marketing assets.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently adapt their visual style to different brands, work with both digital and print formats, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Design digital marketing assets including social media graphics, paid ads, banners, email visuals, and campaign materials.
• Create print-ready materials such as flyers, posters, roll-ups, brochures, books, eBooks, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop visual concepts based on creative briefs, campaign strategies, and brand guidelines.
• Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats, sizes, platforms, and languages.
• Prepare graphics and visual content for email marketing campaigns.
• Work across different client brands and adapt your design style accordingly.
• Prepare final files for digital publishing and professional print production.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and rounds of client or internal feedback.
• Apply revisions quickly and thoughtfully while maintaining strong design quality.
• Collaborate with our marketing, content, web, and creative teams.
• Occasionally support presentations, website layouts, video graphics, and other creative marketing needs.
• Contribute fresh ideas to campaigns and creative brainstorms.

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world marketing and campaign design, including digital and print work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of typography, branding, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing social media content, advertising creatives, promotional materials, and print assets.
• Experience preparing professional print-ready files.
• Ability to work comfortably with both Latin and Cyrillic typography.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Comfortable working with client feedback and making revisions efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• English and Ukrainian are required.
• French is a strong asset.
• Experience with Figma, website/landing page layouts, email marketing, motion graphics, or basic video editing is a plus.
• Previous experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency is a plus.
